1. 如影像含有任何淫穢、令人反感、辱罵性質或受版權保護之內容，VC Walker 並不就有關內容負責並有權不作印刷而不作任何賠償。
2. 製成品的顏色、影像質素或會有差異。顧客明白並同意製成品的影像效果得關乎上載影像的質素。
知識產權聲明
1. 顧客給予本網站影像，使其有權行使其上載影像的知識產權，製作該個人化產品。
2. 顧客保證交來的上載影像及本網站和其授權使用者、受讓人和所有權承繼人在行使上文第1條所指的特許所賦予的權利時，不會侵犯本網站或第三者的知識產權。
3. 顧客另亦保證，若交予VC Walker的上載影像涉及複製他人的肖像或其資料，或上載影像內有他人的肖像或其資料，必須獲有關人士同意及合法授權(若有關人士尚未成年，便須取得其合法監護人的合法授權)使用其肖像或資料，並授權本網站和其授權使用者、受讓人和所有權承繼人使用其肖像或資料製作該個人化產品。
4. 顧客同意若本網站和其授權使用者、受讓人和所有權承繼人因行使上文第1條所述的特許所賦予的權利或因顧客違反本文所載條款及條件，包括侵犯第三者對上載影像或其中任何部分所持的知識產權(包括任何精神權利)，或未經許可使用他人的肖像、設計或其他材料或其中任何部分，而令本網站遭到索償、起訴、涉及訴訟、負債、蒙受損失、被要求付款、被收取費用、支出、被要求賠償損失或開支，便得對本網站作出補償。

Products purchased on VC Walker may be exchanged or returned up to 14 days from the the receiving date, provided certain terms and condition are met.

Measure your wrist size with a flexible measure tape. If you don’t have a measure tape, use a piece of string / paper and then measure the string / paper with a ruler.
Our suggested bracelet and bangle size recommended is for comfort fit. We suggest choosing larger size if you are not sure about the size. For tight fit or loose fit, you can contact us for further size advice.
