For Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging. Please note that customized products are final sale and cannot be returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For Exchanges

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. This covers flaws from production but not accidental damage or normal wear and tear. We offer a one-time exchange for the same style, color and size, and we'll cover the shipping for your replacement. To request an exchange, please email your order number and a photo of the issue to info@vcwalker.co or WhatsApp us at 97865242.
