For Shipping to Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan,

- We offer free shipping by SF Express. You can either enter your household address or any SF service points during checkout.

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 days.

- For Taiwan orders, please complete real name authentication on the EZ Way app and provide your ID card number to receive the parcel successfully. You can choose the standard shipping (7-14 days) if you do not wish to complete real name authentication. See more

Standard Shipping

- After the package leave our facility, the transit time is 7-14 days, with tracking number.

- We adopt postage service mainly by Hong Kong Post.

- Destination Postal Service will handle delivery once parcel reaches your country.

- Delay may occur due to high mail volumes, might take extra 3-4 days to deliver.

- The shipping cost will be shown on checkout page.

Process for Delayed Shipment

- If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance.

- If the parcel is lost, buyer can choose a full refund or get a replacement.

International Taxes & Duties

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

- VC Walker cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. In some occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
