We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, The United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.

Standard Shipping

- After the package leave our facility, the transit time is 7-14 days, with tracking number.

- We adopt postage service mainly by Hong Kong Post.

- Destination Postal Service will handle delivery once parcel reaches your country.

- Delay may occur due to high mail volumes, might take extra 3-4 days to deliver.

- The shipping cost will be shown on checkout page.

- We offer free shipping with a minimum spend of HKD 300.

Process for Delayed Shipment

- If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance.

- If the parcel is lost, buyer can choose a full refund or get a replacement.

International Taxes & Duties

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

- VC Walker cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. For Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging. Please note that customized products are final sale and cannot be returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For Exchanges

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. This covers flaws from production but not accidental damage or normal wear and tear. We offer a one-time exchange for the same style, color and size, and we'll cover the shipping for your replacement.
